Our 269 boat rack dry storage marina is designed with your boat’s safety, security, and convenience in mind. Boats are stored indoors in dedicated dry-stack racks, helping protect them from the elements when they’re not in use.

For your convenience, we offer outdoor work racks for minor maintenance and projects, a fish-cleaning station for your catch of the day, and rolling carts to make transporting your gear between your boat and personal vehicle easier. A designated parking area is also available for your convenience.
After-hours access is available with a secure key fob, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your boat on your schedule.

In addition to convenient indoor dry storage, our marina features an on-site, independently owned and operated service department available to assist with your boat’s maintenance and repair needs.
Trailer services are also available, including placing boats on trailers and removing them when you’re ready to launch.

In 2020, Gulf Harbor Marina entered a new chapter when it became Gulf Harbor Marina Condominium Association, Inc. Today, the marina operates as a rackominium community, with each storage rack individually owned. This ownership structure gives boat owners a vested interest in the care, security, and continued improvement of the marina.
With a team of experienced boaters, forklift operators, and dockhands, Gulf Harbor Marina is dedicated to providing dependable service and helping owners make the most of their time on the water.
