Gulf Harbor is conveniently located on the West Coast of Florida, between Sarasota and Boca Grande in the town of Nokomis. It is only ten (10) minutes south to the Venice Jetty with no bridges. 

• A rackominium is an individually owned boat-storage unit within our shared dry-stack marina facility. Ownership includes the right to use the designated storage space and shared amenities, subject to the rules, restrictions, and assessments of the condominium association. 

• At Gulf Harbor Marina, rackominium prices vary by unit and are not based on boat length. Monthly leasing rates range from $500 to $1,600, plus applicable taxes, with a minimum lease term of seven months. Purchase prices range from $25,000 to $260,000.

• Unlike leasing a rackominium from another owner, purchasing your own unit allows you to build equity and invest in an asset that you own. Ownership may also provide greater control over your storage space and the potential for long-term value appreciation. 

• We utilize a phone app called Speedy Dock to conveniently schedule your boat’s launch, retrieval, or placement on the work rack. The app allows you to select a preferred time, and better coordinate maintenance, repairs, and boating plans. 

• You will enjoy unlimited Splashes and Retrievals each month. 

• Enjoy the convenience of arriving by water, or have the marina retrieve your boat directly from a trailer. A retrieval fee applies to boats arriving by trailer. 

• The current Association Fee is $399 per month, for rack owners.

• The HOA fee helps fund the marina’s employees and day-to-day operations, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of shared common areas and facilities. A portion of the fee is also allocated to reserves for future repairs, replacements, and capital improvements. 

• The largest rack in the marina is 40 x 15 x 16 feet high, which will accommodate an overall length of 40 feet, a maximum beam of 14 feet and a maximum height of 15 feet.

•  No. We do not allow subletting of spaces.

•  Leases require a minimum term of seven months. After the initial seven-month period, the lease automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
